This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are cleaned daily and I loved the fact that my room had a balcony where I could watch the beautiful Chiang Mai at night. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and provide information about nearby locations. The hotel's location is excellent, close to everything including the Harbour where younger crowds hang out at night and the MAYA shopping center.
The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of soundproofing in this hotel.

The location of the hotel was quite good, close to all the major attractions in the city. I also liked the fact that the hotel rooms were quite big, with two working desks. This made it easier for me to work when I wanted to. the staff were friendly and cooperative.
The decoration of the hotel was quite strange, and the furniture inside the room was not modern. It was also quite difficult to find parking space at the hotel.

This hotel has a great location, being close to shopping areas, restaurants, the Harbor where younger crowds hang out at night, and near MAYA shopping center. We enjoyed walking back to the hotel from the Nimman area, and it was easy to get around this city from this location. Also, the hotel facilities are well-maintained and the rooms are cleaned every day. We especially loved having our own balcony, which offered a beautiful view of the city at night.
Everything was spot on.

The hotel offered a spacious and clean room with working desks for convenience. It was also conveniently located near popular universities and entertainment streets for easy access. the staff provided friendly and accommodating service during the stay.
The hotel lacked modern room decor, combining traditional wood furniture with a modern building style. communication with some staff members was difficult due to language barriers and lack of English skills.
